inventor of classical style, intimate of the King of An-
of England, he was haughty and contemptuous despite his
aristocratic origins. Choosing him
as a lining for his jacket is an almost
socialist act.
Large figures are sold by the panel (one meter), with a split in the middle, allowing the tailor to form the pleat in the middle of the back without distorting the design.
